Privada Hotels currently consists of two properties:

• Privada Stays Eagle

• Privada Budget

The two properties are located approximately 500 meters (0.3 miles) from one another. While both operate as adults-only accommodations, each offers a distinct experience and caters to different guest preferences and travel styles. All rooms at both properties have their own private oasis and private pool.

Privada Hotels reserves the right to maintain our standards of property atmosphere in both public areas and accommodations. This includes, but is not limited to, noise levels, electronic equipment, music, dancing, lighting, television and decorations. Outside electronic equipment for gatherings/functions is prohibited. Parties or gatherings not sanctioned by the hotel and fulfilled by our Sales Department are forbidden. Hotel sanctioned gatherings/ must conclude by timeline schedule, unless prior dispensation is given by Hotel Management or Sales. The maximum number of guests allowed to spend the night in a room as well as the maximum number of occupants allowed to gather in a room is 3 and is strictly enforced (2 at Privada Budget).

Guests booked at Privada Stays Eagle will now check-in at The Lodge, our poolside bar.

The Lodge is open daily from 8AM-8PM. Arriving after 8PM? Let us know. The Manager on Duty will welcome you.

Guests staying at Privada Budget will receive their check-in instructions through chat/Airbnb.

Privada Stays Eagle and Privada Budget exclusively welcome guests aged 18 and above. All guests must present valid identification at check-in to verify age.

For the comfort and safety of our guests, no minors are permitted on the property at any time. This policy is strictly enforced. Guests arriving with individuals under the age of 18 will be denied check-in, and any reservation may be canceled without refund.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful, adult-oriented environment.

The Privada Hotels App is highly recommended for all booked guests to complete their online check-in (identity verification and credit card check), and to access the room using the Mobile Key feature. We will try to honor the preferred check-in time of guests at Privada Stays who checked-in through the App. At Privada Budget, the check-in time remains 4PM unless an early check-in is confirmed.

Privada Stays Eagle
Housekeeping services are provided based on the length of your stay:

• Stays of 1–4 nights
  No housekeeping service is scheduled during your stay.

• Stays of 5–7 nights
  One Room Refresh is provided on night 3.

• Stays of 8–9 nights
  One Room Refresh is provided on night 4.

• Stays of 10 nights or longer
  Housekeeping is scheduled every 4th night:

  • Room Refresh on nights 4, 12, 20, …

  • Full Refresh (including linen change) on nights 8, 16, 24, …

A Room Refresh includes light cleaning and tidying, while a Full Refresh includes a complete clean with fresh bed linens.

Privada Budget
This is our most affordable way to enjoy a private-pool stay in Aruba. Designed for independent travelers who value space, privacy, and location over daily services, this is a stripped-back, no-frills stay that keeps things simple — and prices low.

To support this concept, housekeeping is intentionally limited. There are no daily cleanings, towel refreshes, or turn-down services. Instead, housekeeping is scheduled only for longer stays, based on length of stay, as outlined:

• Stays of 1–7 nights
  No housekeeping service is provided.

• Stays of 8 nights
  One Room Refresh is provided on night 4.

• Stays of 9–11 nights
  One Full Refresh (including linen change) is provided on night 6.

• Stays of 12 nights or longer
  Full Refreshes (including linen change) are provided every 6th night (nights 6, 12, 18, …),
  except when the service would fall on the night before checkout.

Outside this scope, a housekeeping room refresh can be reserved for $24.99 through the Privada Hotels app or in-room television.

All reservations for overnight accommodation must be cancelled before the date stated in the selected reservation policy. In the event that a reservation is not cancelled and goes unused, the reservation will be deemed as a “No-Show” and a penalty fee equivalent to the fully paid rate for non-refundable reservations, or first night for refundable reservations.

Non-refundable reservations may be modified until 1 day prior to arrival, 16:00 Hotel Local Time, with a penalty fee of $150 per booked night (stays 4 nights or less) or $100 per night (stays 5 nights or more) plus the applicable rate difference of the booked rate type. Refundable reservations may be modified within the free cancellation window; the rate difference will be applicable. After this time, the non-refundable modification policy is enforced.

A valid credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation. Privada Stays Eagle and Privada Budget reserve the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card prior to arrival to ensure the card's validity. Upon check-in, authorization will be obtained for the duration of the stay to include room, tax and $50/night incidental authorization (with a maximum of $250). Any unused authorization to the credit or debit card will be released 3-5 business days after check-out.

Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is promptly at 11:00 AM. Early check in may be guaranteed by purchasing the accommodation the night before. Early check in that has not been guaranteed by purchasing the accommodation the night before is based on availability at the time of arrival. Late check-out is also subject to availability, may incur an additional fee and may be guaranteed by purchasing the accommodation the following night.

Poolside is reserved for Privada Stays Eagle guests only. Visitors are not allowed poolside even with a hotel guest present. Proper attire and decorum is required. Children (15 and under) are not welcome and are asked to leave the property. There is no lifeguard present poolside. The use of swimming activities or poolside use may be subject to seasonality or regular maintenance; private events may take place by the pool.

Glasses are not permitted by the pool, and glasses must be exchanged to plastic.

Smoking is only permitted in the dedicated smoking area in the parking lot. Smoking is not permitted inside the hallways, by The Cool Pool, or within 15 feet of the room entrance, exit, or any other enclosed area. Should you or your guests smoke, or leave odors of smoke - in the room or hallways, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be assessed. This includes vaping and any other related activity which may or may not emit either an odor, smoke or both.

Privada Hotels offer complimentary parking to guests on-site. Please note that parking accommodates only traditional vehicles. Oversized SUV’s, trucks, or custom vehicles cannot be accommodated. The parking lot is at owners-risk and the property is not liable for damage or theft.

Privada Hotels may require further processing before reservations are valid dependent upon duration, quantity, occupancy, season or event; a deposit ranging from 0% to 100% may be required. Inability to contact customer or invalid credit card for deposit will result in cancellation and release of rooms for resale. Promotional rates, special offers or packages may not be combined with other select promotions, offers or discounts and cannot be applied to any existing reservations. Rates are based on availability at the time of request and there may be a limited number of rooms available or applicable per rate. Blackout dates may apply. Rates are per room, per night plus tax and by booking it you are agreeing to be completely responsible for all charges, fees, and taxes. Promotional rates may be based upon a certain room or length of stay and modifications may not be allowed. Promotional rates are not available for groups and cannot be combined with negotiated or contracted rates. Rates may be subject to other restrictions. Privada Hotels reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate a reservation based on a violation of restrictions or policies. Guest may be required to provide documentation or proof of eligibility. Privada Hotels prohibits brokering rooms to a third party or accessing a cover charge to guests attending a Hotel sanctioned gathering or function. 

Use of Privada, Privada Stays, or Privada Budget name or logo or media postings of any kind on any venue, using Privada Stays, is prohibited.

Details represented in all Privada or subsidiary images are subject to change. Images may contain items and/or amenities available by request, subject to additional charges, and/or based on availability.

Failure to adhere to any and all of Privada Hotels’ policies may result in termination of reservation(s) or request to vacate the Hotel premises. In this instance, full room and tax charges will be applied to the credit card on file and forfeiture of any and all deposits, regardless of the time of departure. Your accommodations must be returned in the exact condition as reserved. The individual to whom a room is reserved will be responsible for all minibar usage, incidentals incurred to the room as well as any and all charges required to rectify or repair any damages including but not limited to restorative cleaning, carpet or soft goods cleaning or replacement, painting, furniture or accessory repair or replacement, restoration to drapes, furniture or carpet from smoke damage or fumigation or pest removal.
